We're hiring a Chiropractic Concierge — the face of our practice, the heartbeat of our front desk, and a key player in the patient experience.
Who You Are
You're warm but professional. Organized but adaptable. You love people, you care about health, and you bring energy that lifts the room. You don't need to be managed — you show up, handle your business, and take pride in doing things right.
You thrive in a fast-paced, people-facing role
You're punctual, reliable, and sharp under pressure
You're genuinely excited about chiropractic and natural health
You have experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or high-level customer service (preferred)
You're local to Encinitas or North County San Diego and available for the full schedule
What You'll Do
Own the front desk — scheduling, phones, patient flow, collect payments
Deliver a premium patient experience from check-in to check-out
Be the connective tissue between patients and the Doctors
The Schedule
Mon / Wed / Thu:
7:30am – 12:00pm and 2:30pm – 6:15pm
Tue:
7:30am – 12:00pm
Fri: Admin day
Pay: Starting at $23/hour- $25/ hour Depending on experience + performance bonuses
